Litigation Support

Pinnacle’s Corporate Investigators, together with counsel, uncover facts that make the difference in winning and losing critical motions, arbitration hearings, and trials. Our forensic team members qualify as experts in computer forensics in both state and federal courts.  Pinnacle’s Forensic Computer Division includes professional investigators with experience from federal and state law enforcement departments as well as Fortune 100 companies. 

Pinnacle’s computer forensics team can acquire, store, analyze, and report digital information in a manner acceptable in civil and criminal court. We can locate deleted files, examine Internet histories, index and examine email archives, and offer any other computer related data acquisition services.  Pinnacle’s Computer Forensics team can accomplish these tasks on site at your facility with our proprietary “Mobile Clean Room” should the need arise, or secure the asset for search from your facility and return it to our office for analysis.  More often than not, these searches can be done without the computer user’s knowledge should you wish the analysis be discrete. 

Workers’ Compensation
